Planning conditions
  1. Planning permission reference P/07663/033 granted on appeal reference APP/J0350/W/25/336004 dated 13 November 2025 does not impose restrictions on the times at which the caretaker accommodation can be used for purposes ancillary to the residential properties at 1 - 2 The Drive, Slough, SL3 7DB, and therefore the caretaker accommodation can be used at any time. Use of the caretaker accommodation at any time would not constitute 'development' under Section 55 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) and would therefore be lawful.
  2. The application has been determined in accordance with the following submitted plans and documents: (a) Site Plan scale 1:1250, Recd On 07/04/2026 (b) Block Plan scale 1:500, Recd On 07/04/2026
  3. This Lawful Development Certificate has been granted following an assessment of the proposal in relation to the relevant planning permission and the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended), and does not indemnify the applicant against action which may be taken by the Local Authority (or others) in the event of a statutory noise nuisance or similar.
