  3. All new external work shall be carried out in materials that match as closely as possible in colour, texture and design of the existing building. REASON To ensure a satisfactory appearance of the development so as not to prejudice the visual amenities of the locality in accordance with Saved Policies EN1 of The Adopted Local Plan for Slough (2004).
  4. A car parking plan shall be submitted demonstrating 3 allocated car parking spaces for the residential units and so marked on site for the sole use of person(s) resident or working from these premises to be approved by the Local Planning Authority and shall be retained thereafter. REASON: In the interests of road safety and the maintenance of a free flow of traffic on the adjoining highway in accordance with Core Policy 7 of the Core Strategy (2008) and T2 of the Local Plan (2004).
  5. The residential units hereby approved shall be restricted in occupation only by the Pastor of the church or those who are in employment as staff at the church (and their dependents) and shall not to be sold/ let out separately as market housing. REASON To protect the amenities of the adjoining and future occupiers and the character of the area in accordance with Core Policies 4 and 8 of the Slough Local Development Framework, Core Strategy (2008) and Saved Policies EN1 of The Adopted Local Plan for Slough (2004).
  6. It is the view of the Local Planning Authority that the proposed development does improve the economic, social and environmental conditions of the area for the reasons given in this notice and it is in accordance with the National Planning Policy Framework.
  7. Prior to occupation, the development shall be constructed in accordance with the conclusions of the Noise Report – By Planning For Sustainability (July 2025) , Received 20/04/2026, including double glazing and mechanical ventilation installation. REASON To protect the amenities of the adjoining and future occupiers and the character of the area in accordance with Core Policies 4 and 8 of the Slough Local Development Framework, Core Strategy (2008).
