Planning conditions
  1. This consent is granted for a period of 5 years from the date of this consent. REASON To comply with the requirements of Regulation 16 (c) of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) (England) Regulations 2007 (or any Regulations revoking and/or re-enacting these Regulations with or without modification).
  2. No advertisement is to be displayed without the permission of the owner of the site or any other person with an interest in the site entitled to grant permission. No advertisement shall be sited or displayed so as to endanger persons using any highway, railway, waterway, dock, harbour or aerodrome (civil or military); obscure, or hinder the ready interpretation of, any traffic sign, railway signal or aid to navigation by water or air; or hinder the operation of any device used for the purpose of security or surveillance or for measuring the speed of any vehicle. Any advertisement displayed, and any site used for the display of advertisements, shall be maintained in a condition that does not impair the visual amenity of the site. Any structure or hoarding erected or used principally for the purpose of displaying advertisements shall be maintained in a condition that does not endanger the public. Where an advertisement is required under these Regulations to be removed, the site shall be left in a condition that does not endanger the public or impair visual amenity. REASON To comply with the requirements of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) (England) Regulations 2007 (or any Regulations revoking and/or re-enacting these regulations with or without modification).
  3. The advertisements hereby approved shall be implemented only in accordance with the following plans and drawings hereby approved by the Local Planning Authority: (a) NWQ - Existing Site Plan Green Line Hoarding, Dated 24/03/2026, received 08/04/2026; (b) Location Plan, received 08/04/2026 (c) NWQ_MUSE_V3_LR, received 08/04/2026 (Hoarding Graphics) (d) NWQ_MUSE_V6_LR, received 08/04/2026 (Hoarding Graphics) (e) Stoke road hoarding (16.2.26) Doc (f) Email Dated 04/06/2026 at 10:47 REASON To ensure that the site is developed in accordance with the submitted application and to ensure that the proposed development does not prejudice the amenity of the area and to comply with the Policies in the Development Plan.
  4. The permission hereby granted shall not be construed as authority to obstruct the public highway by the erection of scaffolding, hoarding (other than the approved), skip or any other device or apparatus for which a licence must be sought from the Highways Authority.
  5. It is the view of the Local Planning Authority that the proposed development does improve the economic, social and environmental conditions of the area for the reasons given in this notice and it is in accordance with the National Planning Policy Framework.
