- The proposed development does not comply with the provisions of Class B, Part 1, Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015, as the works would result in part of the dwellinghouse exceeding the height of the highest part of the existing roof.
- Following a site visit, officers confirm that the drawings are inaccurate, failing to accurately show the loft conversion/rear dormer works. In addition, the incorrect Lawful Development Certificate application has been submitted, as the works are existing and not proposed.
