The development hereby approved shall be implemented only in accordance with the following plans and drawings hereby approved by the Local Planning Authority: (a) Drawing No. OS Site Location Plan, Undated, Recd On 27/04/2026 (b) Drawing No. ILLYAS /PLAN/002, Dated 09/04/2026, Recd On 27/04/2026 (c) Drawing No. ILLYAS /PLAN/003, Dated 09/04/2026, Recd On 27/04/2026 REASON To ensure that the site is developed in accordance with the submitted application and to ensure that the proposed development does not prejudice the amenity of the area and to comply with the Policies in the Development Plan.
The extraction and flue permitted in connection with the carrying out of this permission shall be so enclosed and/or attenuated that noise therefrom does not, at any time, increase the ambient equivalent noise level when the plant, etc. is in use at any adjoining or nearby premises in separate occupation. REASON: To ensure that extraction system is adequately soundproofed, operated and maintained in the interests of the amenities of the occupiers of adjacent residential property or the occupiers of nearby premises in accordance with Core Policy 8 of the Slough Core Strategy.
The use hereby permitted shall not be open to members of the public / customers outside the hours of 10:00 hours to 23:30 hours on Mondays-Sundays. REASON To accord with the permission being applied for and to protect the amenity of residents within the vicinity of the site.
It is the view of the Local Planning Authority that the proposed development does improve the economic, social and environmental conditions of the area for the reasons given in this notice and it is in accordance with the National Planning Policy Framework.
Within 3 months of the date of this decision, the timber framed extension at the rear of the building shall be demolished and all debris resulting from demolition removed from the site in accordance with drawings ref: ILLYAS /PLAN/002 and ILLYAS /PLAN/003 hereby approved. REASON The timber extension has been built without permission and adversely affects the character of the streetscene and the local area. Its removal is required to ensure an acceptable appearance to the site and development in accordance with Saved Policies EN1 and EN2 of the Slough Local Plan (2004) and Core Policy 8 of the Core Strategy (2008).
The applicant is reminded that this consent does not include any form of advertisement consent. A separate application for advertisement consent is therefore required to be submitted.
