- Submission Applicant is advised to note that the wording of Condition 13 is such that not Approval of Details application to Slough Borough Council is required.
- Condition 13 - Secured By Design - Details not approved The details submitted show a materially different ground floor layout to the approved ground floor plan under P/02465/014 and would require material changes to the ground floor layout. Therefore the details do not minimise the risk of crime and meet the specific security needs of the application site and the development originally approved. As a result the details submitted are unacceptable due to it resulting in a material change to the approved plans and are in conflict with Policy 12 of the Core Strategy 2006-2026.
