- Condition 3 - External finishes - Details Approved In accordance with: a) Drawing Number "FRONT AND REAR" Rev 01, dated 12/08/2025, recd 14/10/2025 b) Drawing Number "SIDE ELEVATIONS" Rev 01, dated 12/08/2025, recd 14/10/2025 Approval of details extended to the fencing and height barrier details only and does not approve any alternative layout shown on the plans.
- With regards to the details approved the development must be constructed in accordance with these details in order to comply with the condition requirements.
- 2. Condition 5 - Construction Management Plan - Details not approved The Construction Management Plan ref DMS/187-3/CMP/SGDL-01 Rev 00, dated 20/01/2025 is identical to the document that was submitted and refused on 18/05/2025 under application Ref: P/0411/033 pertaining to works to the main part of the building. The document lacks a detailed site plan, the plan provided is very vague. A more detailed plan showing the site compound area, fencing/hoarding lines, areas within the highway and areas within the applicant's control, explanation of the type of welfare units, how they will be taken into the low head height undercroft car park, materials storage areas, loading/unloading areas, footway closures and diversions, construction staff parking arrangements, etc all need to be detailed. Without this information the Construction Management Plan does not adequately demonstrate that the constructions works can be carried out safely without negatively impacting on the safe operation of the highway and is not acceptable in light of Core Policy 7 of the Core Strategy 2006-2026. As the document has been previously refused the Council is unable to approve details.
