Planning conditions
  1. It is the view of the Local Planning Authority that the proposed advertisements does not improve the economic, social and environmental conditions of the area for the reasons given in this notice and it is in accordance with the National Planning Policy Framework.
  2. Due to their height, general size and illumination, the proposed box fascia signs would provide an obtrusive addition that would appear disproportionate and poorly related to the application property, and incongruous when considered against the otherwise non-commercial and largely residential area. They would therefore have a detrimental impact on the visual amenity of the application property as well as that of the surrounding street-scene. As such, they would fail to comply with Section 3, Part 1 of the Town and Country Planning (Contril of Advertisements) (England) Regulations 2007, The NPPF, and Policy EN10 of the Slough Local Plan.
