Application overview
Listed Building Consent to facilitate the change of use of the building to accommodate artists studios, co-work space and rehearsal rooms together with removal of existing building fabric to create new route through to courtyard, new external fire escape and access stair, internal refurbishment works including installation of roof-lights, alterations to the external elevations reopening of existing window openings and the introduction of new openings. Creation of new breakout space on the roof of the corner building.
