Request for confirmation of compliance of condition 4 (land contamination) attached to planning permission 17/70229/FUL Condition Number(s): 4 Conditions(s) Removal: Following discussions with the Environmental Consultant the agreed construction methods outlined in condition 3 were followed. We followed the actions agreed with the excavation of the concrete foundation. Excess material excavated was disposed off site. Services penetrating the slab were sealed appropriately. The 300mm cover outside the development footprint was maintained. The additional soil imported has a verification report. No unexpected contamination was discovered.
