Application overview
Listed Building Consent for the erection of a new fire stair and access lift enclosure, creation of 8 artist residencies on the 5th floor . Re-roofing the existing pitched roof with replacement of existing lead work, reuse of existing slate tiles and the introduction of new conservation roof lights. Existing queen post timber trusts to be refurbished and reinforced with new steelwork. Internal works including removal of lathe and plaster, erection of stud walls, removal of floor boards at the sixth floor level. Replacement of windows, creation of new entrance doors and windows, installation of balcony and entrance canopy and alterations to elevations.
