Application overview
Certificate of lawfulness for removal of existing conservatory and replacement with single storey rear extension to the same footprint as the conservatory. Construction of a new roof to the existing retained single storey extension to the rear of the property. The roof will match the previous roof, however 3 no. roof lights will be added and the ceiling will be vaulted internally. All as per the attached drawings.
