Application overview
Application for a non-material amendment to planning permission 15/66517/REM for the changing plots 1 & 2 to type detached type 2 (as already approved on plots 23 & 24). The proposed location of the houses does not go any nearer to the existing houses on Greylag Crescent, window to window separation distances are also increased. Proposed amendments on plots 17-22, these are approved as two three blocks and we would like to amend to 3 pairs of semi detached houses, changing these to Type 2 B (as already approved on plots 4 & 5) .
