Crown lift to provide a 3m clearance over the footpath and gates one holly tree (T9). Crown lift to provide a 4m clearance from the surrounding ground level one willow tree (T10). Crown lift to provide a 7m clearance to the property side and prune branches to provide a 5m clearance from the adjacent building one silver birch tree (T11). Reduce hedges/shrubs to leave a height of 2.5m hedges (H2, H3 and H4). Crown lift to provide a 5m clearance from the surrounding ground level and prune branches to provide a 5m clearance from the adjacent building one lime tree (T18). Crown lift branches on the eastern side to provide a 9m clearance from the surrounding ground level and prune branches to provide a 4m clearance from the adjacent Ellesmere House one sycamore tree (T19).
