Application overview
Discharge of condition 4 of Planning Application 2019/0639/PTA in relation to various works to various trees (see aboricultural report): T2, T4, T6, T9, T12, G1 & G2 - Fell. T5 - sever ivy and crown lift to 2 metres. T7 - Cut back overhanging branches by 1-3 metres to give at least 1 metre clearance from neighbouring property. T8 - Crown lift to 3 metres. T1 and T3 - Fell and replace due to the unsuitable proximity to the bungalow. For every tree felled intention is to replant with a more suitable tree in a more suitable location in the next planting season.
