Planning conditions
  1. Archaeology and History ARCHAEOLOGY AND HISTORY 1. The hedgerows do not mark the boundary of a pre-1850 parish. 2. The hedgerows do not incorporate an archaeological feature as defined. 3. The hedgerows are not situated within an archaeological site recorded on the Warwickshire Sites and Monuments Record in 1997. 4. There is no documentary evidence available in, or known to, the County Record Office which suggests that the hedgerows were a pre-1600 estate or manor boundary. 5. There is no documentary evidence available in, or known to, the County Record Office which suggests that they formed part of a pre-Inclosure Act field system. The hedgerow does not qualify as important under the Criteria for archaeology and history under the 1997 Hedgerow Regulations. Ecology Subject hedgerow is 150 metres long. Two 30 metre sections were surveyed. On average there are 4 woody species (Hawthorn, Blackthorn, Rose and Poplar) in a 30 metre length with 3 associated features (less than 10% gaps, on average at least one tree per 50 metres and a parallel hedge within 15 metres). A private track runs adjacently to the hedgerow. Therefore, the hedgerow does not qualify as important under the criteria for ecology and as such the 5 metre section of hedgerow required to be removed for access purposes is permitted.
