  2. CONDITION 1: The development to which this permission relates must not be begun later than the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. REASON: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Area) Act 1990.
  3. CONDITION 3: All existing historic timber roof members including the exposed trusses and purlins within the existing bedroom, store and bathroom shall be permanently retained.
