CONDITION 3: Construction of the development including site traffic and deliveries shall only be carried out between 08:00hrs and 18:00hrs Monday to Friday and 08:00hrs and 13:00hrs on Saturdays, and at no time on Sundays or Public Holidays REASON: To ensure that the amenities of the area are not detrimentally affected by the construction of the site outside reasonable working times

  3. CONDITION 2: Please note: a) The development must be completed within a period of 3 years starting with the prior approval date. b) The solar PV equipment or solar thermal equipment must, so far as practicable, be sited so as to minimise its effect on the external appearance of the building and the amenity of the area: and c) The solar PV equipment or solar thermal equipment is removed as soon as reasonably practicable when no longer needed. d) Construction hours To reduce the likelihood of local residents being subjected to adverse levels of noise annoyance during construction, work on site should not occur outside the following hours: - Monday – Friday 7.30 a.m. – 6.00 p.m. Saturday 8.30 a.m. – 1.00 p.m. NO WORK ON SUNDAYS & BANK HOLIDAYS. If work at other times is required permission should be obtained from the local planning authority.
