CONDITION 2: The development shall be carried out in accordance with the plans and documents detailed below: - Existing and Proposed Floor Plans and Elevations Drg No. A101 (2/2) - Site Location Plan Drg No. A301 - Block Plan Drg No. A302 Received by the Local Planning Authority 18.05.2026 - Existing and Proposed Elevations A101 (1/2) Received by the Local Planning Authority 27.05.2026 REASON: For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the details of the development are acceptable to the Local Planning Authority.
  3. CONDITION 1: The development to which this permission relates must not be begun later than the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act, 2004.
  4. INFORMATIVE 1: Environmental Services advise that in order to reduce the likelihood of local residents being subjected to adverse levels of noise annoyance during construction, work on site should not occur outside the following hours: - Monday - Friday - 7.30 a.m. - 6.00 p.m. Saturday - 8.30 a.m. - 1.00 p.m. No work on Sundays & Bank Holidays.
