  3. CONDITION: 3 The facing materials to be used on the external walls and roof shall be as specified on the application form, received by the Council on 20/05/2026. REASON: 3 To ensure a satisfactory external appearance and for the avoidance of doubt.
  4. CONDITION: 4 The outbuilding hereby approved shall not be used for any purpose other than incidental to the residential use of 6, Arkwright Avenue, Churchover, Rugby, CV23 0FR. REASON: 4 In the interest of residential amenity.
  5. INFORMATIVE: 1 This permission does not convey any legal or civil right to undertake works that affect land or premises outside of the applicant's control.
