- Condition 7(a) - Contaminated Land Waterman Document Old Leicester Road, Rugby, Ground Investigation Report March 2008 Issue 2 Report No. 36060/GI Atkins Document Leicester Road, Rugby Geo-environmental Assessment Report Version 1.0 Ref: 5142757' (dated October 2015) Received by the Local Planning Authority on the 1st May 2026 Please note: Part (a) of the condition, relating to the submission of a remediation scheme to provide suitable gas protection measures, is partially discharged in respect of the remediation strategy. This agreement is on the basis that the submitted information defines the required level of protection (CS2) and appropriate forms of mitigation but does not constitute a fully detailed design. The detailed specification, installation and implementation of the gas protection measures shall be carried out in accordance with CIRIA C665 (or equivalent approved standard). A verification report demonstrating that effective remediation measures have been implemented shall be required to fully discharge the condition.
