CONDITION 2: The development shall be carried out in accordance with the plans and documents detailed below: RCR90/01 Location Plan Rcd 27.04.2026 RCR90/02 Existing Plan & Elevations Rcd 27.04.2026 Proposed Plans and Elevations Rcd 27.04.2026 RCR90/04 Site Block Roof Plan Rcd 27.04.2026 REASON: For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the details of the development are acceptable to the Local Planning Authority.
  3. CONDITION 3: The facing materials to be used on the external walls and roof shall be of the same type, colour and texture as those used on the existing building. REASON: To ensure a satisfactory external appearance.
