- CONDITION 1: The development to which this permission relates must not be begun later than the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. REASON: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Area) Act 1990.
- CONDITION 2: The development shall be carried out in accordance with the plans and documents detailed below: RugbyMP-0456-LP-EX-PL (Site Location Plan); RugbyMP-0456-FR-EL-PR-PL Rev A (Proposed Front Elevation); RugbyMP-0456-DE-FS-PR-PL Rev A (Proposed External Fascia Signage Detail); and RugbyMP-0456-DE-HS-PR-PL Rev A (Proposed External Projecting Signage Detail) recieved 22nd May 2026. REASON: For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the details of the development are acceptable to the Local Planning Authority.
- INFORMATIVE: 1. This consent does not grant consent for the display of advertisements. The replacement signage is subject to a separate application for Advertisement Consent (ref. R25/0400) under the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) (England) Regulations 2007. 2. The applicant is advised that all works of cleaning and repair should be undertaken using the gentlest effective methods and by suitably experienced contractors, in the interests of protecting historic fabric.
