Planning conditions
  1. T21 - Cypress - Remove. Reason: Mature tree displaying poor/irregular form upwards of 10-12metres in height. Leaning, partially failed stem that bifurcates at 3 metres. Historical stem fracture/cavity on lower stem. Tree suppressed by more dominant trees located immediately adjacently on either side e.g. Cypress and Cedar. Thinning of upper canopy. Tree partially restricts access into property. Tree of minimal visual amenity value given location and condition. No requirement for replacement planting given limited space and close proximity of other mature trees.
