MCPL01, Version 4 Received by Council, 14/04/2026 REASON: 2 For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the details of the development are acceptable to the Local Planning Authority.
  3. CONDITION: 3 The facing materials to be used on the proposed entrance door shall be of the same type, colour and texture as those used on the existing building. REASON: 3 To ensure a satisfactory external appearance.
