Planning conditions
  1. Removal of Ash tree from rear garden. Reason: Early mature tree upwards of 12/13 metres in height and approximately 40 years old. Tree in reasonable condition but there are areas of dieback/dead branches/epicormic growth and previously snapped out limbs (as a result of over extended end weighted limbs particularly to the north east) which limit its future potential. Given the location of the tree within the rear garden there are only isolated long distance partial views of the tree from a public place. Therefore, the tree is of relative insignificance within the context of the local conservation area given its size, age, location and condition. To maintain continuity of tree cover it is recommended that a suitable replacement tree is planted e.g. Prunus Pandora, Prunus umeniko or Sorbus aucuparia cardinal royal.
