  1. CONDITION 1: The development to which this permission relates must not be begun later than the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. REASON 1: To comply with Section 91 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act, 2004.
  2. CONDITION 2: The development shall be carried out in accordance with the plans and documents detailed below: - Planning Application Form (PP-14810584), received 02/04/2026 (as amended 28/04/2026) - Planning, Design and Access Statement, received 02/04/2026 - Site Location Plan (1:1250), Drawing No. [Emapsite], received 28/04/2026 - Existing Site Layout (1:200), Drawing No. LBJ_02_05, Rev. -, dated 16/04/2026 - Proposed Site Layout – New Workshop Layout, Cabins & Plant (1:200), Drawing No. LBJ_02_04_02, Rev. P02, dated 16/04/2026 - Cabin Floor Plans and Elevations: ST-SF-0001 Rev. P05; ST-SF-0002 Rev. P05; ST-SF-0005 Rev. P04; ST-SF-0006 Rev. P05 REASON 2: For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the details of the development are acceptable to the Local Planning Authority in accordance with Local plan policy SDC1.
  3. CONDITION 3: The external materials of the cabins hereby permitted shall be as specified within the approved cabin specification drawings (ST-SF-0001, ST-SF-0002, ST-SF-0005 and ST-SF-0006), comprising plastisol-coated steel cladding in grey (RAL 7043) with steel security doors and aluminium or uPVC-framed windows, and shall not be altered without the prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority. REASON 3: To ensure a satisfactory standard of appearance of the development in the interests of the visual amenity of the area, in accordance with Policy SDC1 of the Rugby Borough Local Plan 2019.
  4. CONDITION 4: Within one month of the cessation of the temporary use hereby permitted, the site shall be restored to its condition prior to the commencement of the development hereby permitted. This shall include the removal of all cabins, plant, machinery, and any associated structures or fixtures, in accordance with the scheme approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. REASON 4: To ensure satisfactory restoration of the site following the expiry of the temporary permission, in accordance with Policy SDC1 of the Rugby Borough Local Plan 2019.
