CONDITION 4: Prior to the commencement of any works on the Grade II Listed Buildings, full details of the design, materials and finishes of all windows, including the reveal depths as well as the type and size of the proposed rooflights, and external doors shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to first occupation of the converted building. Development shall not be carried out other than in accordance with the approved details and the approved design, materials and finishes shall not thereafter be maintained or replaced other than with identical materials and finishes without the prior written permission of the Local Planning Authority. REASON: To protect the architectural interest of the building in accordance with 16(2) of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, Policy 16 of the National Planning Policy Framework and Policy SDC3 of the Rugby Local Plan
