Planning conditions
  1. In pursuance of their powers under the above-mentioned Act and Order, the Rugby Borough Council ("the Council") as local planning authority HEREBY REFUSE your application for a certificate of lawful use or development under section 192 of the Act, dated as per the application date above, in respect of the development described above. REASON FOR REFUSAL: The proposed infilling of roller shutter door entrance and insertion of windows does not meet the permitted development requirements of Class H of Part 7, Schedule 2 of the Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended), as the certificate fails to demonstrate that the development would meet the restrictions within Class H.1 (e).
