  1. 5 BREEAM New Construction Interim Certificate: Design Stage ref BREEAM-0138-8214/01 Supporting information submitted by email dated 2 April 2026 The certificate and supporting information demonstrate the measures by which the building will achieve BREEAM 'Excellent'. This is in excess of the requirement of the condition that the building achieve BREEAM 'Very Good'. On that basis, the information is considered acceptable and is approved. This discharges the requirement of the condition that the measures be submitted to and approved in writing prior to first occupation of the building. To fully meet the requirements of the condition, the development must be carried out in accordance with the approved measures.
