FIRST SCHEDULE: Proposed single storey rear extension as detailed in the following documents; Application form Proposed drawings re: PP-14714799 rev BA sheets 1-5 Received by the Local Planning Authority on 26th February 2026 SECOND SCHEDULE: 55 Glebe Crescent, Rugby, CV21 2HG edged in red on the plan below with the extension coloured red.
  2. Rugby Borough Council hereby certify that on the application date above the use/operations/matter* described in the First Schedule hereto in respect of the land specified in the Second Schedule hereto and edged/hatched/coloured XXXX* on the plan attached to this certificate was/were/would have been/would be* lawful within the meaning of section 191/192* of the Town and County Planning Act 1990 (as amended) for the following reasons: * DELETE AS APPLICABLE CASE OFFICER TO INSERT REASONS MANUALLY The Local Planning Authority consider that it is necessary to modify the description/site plan* ??HOW??, as detailed in the First/Second Schedule*, based on the evidence submitted and that contained within the Council records and for the avoidance of doubt in the future.
