CONDITION 2: The development shall be carried out in accordance with the plans and documents detailed below: Proposed Plans and Elevations - 0109-SK-004 Proposed Plans and Elevations - 0109-SK-005 Received by the Local Planning Authority on the 30th January 2026 Location Plan and Proposed Site/Block Plan - 0109-SP-001A Received by the Local Planning Authority on the 11th February 2026 REASON: For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the details of the development are acceptable to the Local Planning Authority.
  3. CONDITION 3: The facing materials (render) to be used on the external walls shall be of the same type, colour and texture as those used on the existing building. REASON: To ensure a satisfactory external appearance.
