  1. CONDITION 1: The development to which this permission relates must not be begun later than the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. REASON: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Area) Act 1990.
  2. CONDITION 2: The development shall be carried out in accordance with the plans and documents detailed below: Location Plan - WHPR 25-0083 01 Rev B Block Plan - WHPR 25-0083 04 Received by the Local Planning Authority on the 5th January 2026 Supporting Statement September 2025 - WHP 24-0065/1-A/09/2025 - September 2025 Received by the Local Planning Authority on the 15th January 2026 Sketch Detail - 08-02-2026 - 25-0083-202-A GA Roof Plan - Proposed - WHPR 25-0083 03 Rev B Received by the Local Planning Authority on the 2nd March 2026 REASON: For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the details of the development are acceptable to the Local Planning Authority.
  3. CONDITION 3: No above ground development shall commence unless and until samples of the roof tiles have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall not be carried out other than in accordance with the approved details. REASON: To ensure a satisfactory external appearance and in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.
  4. CONDITION 4: Prior to the completion of the roof repairs, the lead flashing shall be finished with Everbuild - LeadMate - Patination Oil (or a similar product). REASON: To ensure a satisfactory external appearance and in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.
