CONDITION 2: The development shall not be carried out other than in accordance with the following plans: Site location Plan, Drg no NTBS3833/03 Received by the Council on 13th January 2026 Block Plan, Drg no NTBS3833/04 Elevations, Drg no P(00)201 Rev 01 Floor Plan, Drg no P(00)200 Received by the Council on 16th January 2026 REASON: For the avoidance of doubt.
  2. CONDITION 1: This permission shall be deemed to have taken effect on 12th March 2026 REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act, 2004.
  3. CONDITION 3: The buildings hereby permitted shall only be used for purposes ancillary to the use of the premises by the College of Policing and for no other purpose without the prior permisison of the Local Planning Authority. REASON: In the interests of the amenities of the locality.
  4. CONDITION 4: The permission shalll be for a period expiring on 12th March 2031 on or before which date the building and works permitted shall be removed and the land reinstated to enable its former use to be resumed. REASON: To ensure the development does not have an adverse impact on the Green Belt.
