  3. CONDITION 4: Prior to the building being brought back into active use, the security film is to be removed in its entirety. REASON: In the interest of the significance of the listed building and the setting of the conservation area.
  4. CONDITION 3: The proposed materials (where applicable) to be used in the repair of the stonework shall be as stated within the supporting documentation - Conserv - Natural Hydraulic Lime Mortar - Stone repair mortar - and shall match the existing stonework exactly. The repairs shall be completed within two months of the removal of the signage, fascia panels, projecting signs, and all associated branded elements fixed to the building facade. REASON: To ensure the character and appearance of the listed building is retained.
