CONDITION: 2 The continuing use of the accessible parking bay shall be carried on only by Mr J Douglas and shall be for a limited period, being the period of 5 years from the date of this permission and/ or the period during which 5, Struthers Close, Rugby, CV23 1FN is occupied by Mr J Douglas whichever is the shorter. When the property ceases to be occupied by Mr J Douglas and/or at the end of the 5 year period outlined above (whichever shall first occur), the use hereby permitted shall cease and (i) all materials used in connection with the accessible parking bay shall be removed and (ii) the land shall be restored to its former condition prior to the formation of the accessible parking bay within 6 months. REASON: 2 As the development is only acceptable due to the applicant’s personal circumstances.
CONDITION: 5 The development hereby approved shall be completed and retained only in accordance with the Proposed Site Layout Plan, drawing no. HTP545-1 received on 03/11/2025. REASON: 5 For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the details of the development are acceptable to the Local Planning Authority.
CONDITION: 4 The materials to be used for the adaptation of the parking bay shall be of the same type, colour and texture as those used on the existing parking bay. REASON: 4 To ensure a satisfactory external appearance.
CONDITION: 1 This permission shall be deemed to have taken effect on 06/03/2026. REASON: 1 To comply with Section 91 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act, 2004.
