Planning conditions
  1. Remove/coppice Ash trees numbered T10, T11, T12, T13 & T14. (TPO number 252 - W1). Retain sporadic understorey trees e.g. Elder and Hawthorn. Reason: Trees of poor form in relative close proximity to adjacent property. Tall, slender, drawn and irregular growth habits. Canopy bias towards property. Area's of dieback, major dead wood, and bark inclusions at limb junctures. Limited suitable useful life expectancy given condition/form and location. On completion of works 5 new Field Maple (Acer campestre) trees must be planted staked and tied as appropriate planted at 2-3 metres height and 10/12cm circumference in appropriate positions. If the replacement trees (or any other tree planted in replacement of them) are removed, uprooted, destroyed or die, another tree of the same size and species must be planted at the same place, or in accordance with any variation for which the local planning authority give their written consent. Please inform the tree officer when replacement tree has been planted so we can update our records accordingly.
