CONDITION 3: The facing materials to be used on the roof shall be as specified on the application form received by the Council on 3rd October 2025. REASON 3: To ensure a satisfactory external appearance and for the avoidance of doubt.
INFORMATIVE: Public footpath R58 must remain open and available for public use at all times unless closed by legal order, so must not be obstructed by parked vehicles or by materials during works.
