  2. CONDITION: 2 The development shall be carried out in accordance with the plans and documents detailed below: Application form Heritage statement Received by Council, 02/10/2025 Site location plan, ref no. 14376503v1 Block plan, scale 1:500 Received by Council, 28/10/2025 Existing and proposed elevations, drawing no. 2157-01 Received by Council, 11/11/2025 REASON: 2 For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the details of the development are acceptable to the Local Planning Authority.
  3. CONDITION: 3 The facing materials to be used on the external walls, windows and roof shall be of the same type, colour and texture as those used on the existing building. REASON: 3 To ensure a satisfactory external appearance and to preserve the historic character.
  4. INFORMATIVE: 1 Many buildings contain wildlife such as bats and nesting birds that are protected by law. Works carried out under listed building consent do not override the protection afforded to these species and their habitats. You must take steps to ensure that the work you are carrying out will not harm any protected species, and if it may do so you must also obtain permission from Natural England prior to carrying out the work. WCC Ecological Services have suggested that the proposed works may impact bats and advise that a bat survey should be carried out. For more information on protected species please see https://www.bats.org.uk/advice/im-working-on-a-building-with-bats
