  2. INFORMATIVE: It is observed that the submitted drawings do not include a pedestrian and cycle refuge facility at the location where the Public Right of Way (PROW) will cross the Spur Road. This will not a safety concern during the period prior to the construction of the extension of the Spur Road to the north, where it will join the A4071/Coventry Road and provide a link between that point and the A45 (forming the Potsford Dam Link Road). However, it should be noted that the Highway Authority will require that a refuge for pedestrian and cyclists is provided as part of the works undertaken to extend the road to the north.
