CONDITIONS, REASONS AND INFORMATIVES: Rugby Borough Council hereby certify that on the application date above the operations described in the First Schedule hereto in respect of the land specified in the Second Schedule hereto and edged on the plan attached to this certificate would be lawful within the meaning of section 192 of the Town and County Planning Act 1990 (as amended) for the following reasons: The application complies with the requirements of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) Schedule 2, Part 1: Class A: The enlargement, improvement or other alteration of a dwellinghouse. Class G: The installation, alteration or replacement of a chimney, flue or soil and vent pipe on a dwellinghouse. FIRST SCHEDULE: Erection of a single storey rear extension, as detailed in the following documents: Application form received by the Council on 20th August 2025 Survey Drawing (Drawing No. 1386-01) received by the Council on 17th September 2025.
