CONDITION: 4 The outbuilding hereby approved shall not be used for any purpose other than incidental to the residential use of 3, Feldon View Barns, Birdingbury Road, Frankton, Rugby, CV23 9QR. REASON: 4 In the interest of residential amenity.
INFORMATIVE: 1 Where possible enhancements should be incorporated into the development to improve the habitats and opportunities for the local wildlife and increase biodiversity. INFORMATIVE: 2 This permission does not convey any legal or civil right to undertake works that affect land or premises outside of the applicant's control.
