Planning conditions
  1. T36 - Oak (TPO no. 74) - Remove 3 lowest branches at 2 metres on eastern side of stem. Reduce/tip back extended branch to the north east by neighbours shed by 1.5m to an appropriate growth point to clear the shed. Remove dead branches. Reason: to improve form, and raise canopy of the tree over the garden of no.10. Low branches previously cut back resulting in dense re-growth and some dieback.
