Planning conditions
  1. Oak - (towards north eastern corner of spinney) - Reduce radial spread to south by 3 to 4 metres to appropriate growth points. Exisiting canopy spread of 10 to 11 metres. Reason: To improve form. Over extended canopy to south. 2 no. Aspen located at southern boundary of spinney - Remove. Reason: In line with woodland management plan and trees are suppressing Oak tree.
