  1. CONDITION 1: This permission shall be deemed to have taken effect on the 1st August 2023 REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act, 2004.

CONDITION 2: The development shall be carried out in accordance with the plans and documents detailed below: The Application Form Site Photographs - 224606-PL-013 Site Location Plan - 224606-LO-011 Proposed Site Plan - 224606-PL-011 The Heritage Statement, Archaeology Warwickshire, Report No 2526.1, July 2025 Proposed Site Plan, Greenhouse, Elevations and Existing and proposed site sections - 224606-PL-012 Received by the Local Planning Authority on the 9th July 2025 REASON: For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the details of the development are acceptable to the Local Planning Authority.
  3. CONDITION 3: Within 6 months of the date of this decision the existing tarmac paths will be replaced with a hot tar and chip surfaced path, as illustrated within figure 1 and 2 - Page 11 of the Planning Statement - July 2025 - Received by the Local Planning Authority on the 9th July 2025 REASON: To ensure a satisfactory external appearance and in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.
