Planning conditions
  1. T2 Oak (TPO 74 G5 - central of 3 Oaks ) - Remove to ground level and grind out stump. Reason: Mature tree upwards of 15-17 metres in height, 66cm stem diameter. Tree in overall reasonable condition. Tree suppressed by more dominant Oak to north. Lower buttresses within 15 cm of garage and main stem within 50 cm. Large diameter root to the south protrudes directly underneath the garage and has caused large crack to form to the garage base and running approximately 9 to 10 metres. Given the current dimensions the tree has the potential for further stem expansion/property damage with little/no room available for growth given the extreme close proximity of the garage. No replacement tree planting in this instance required given lack of available space and retention of 2 Oaks located on either side to maintain continuity of tree cover within group 5 of TPO no. 74.
