Prunus ssp. The tree belongs to the neighbour at number 40 Devonshire Drive but more than 50% of the canopy overhangs the garden at 42 Devonshire Drive, spanning almost to the opposite boundary wall and blocking light. The tree has damaged the boundary fence. Prune as close to the boundary as possible while retaining shape and form. Four new trees (Crataegus persimilis Prunifolia, Cercis canandensis 'Forest Pansy', 2 x Amelanchier lamarkii) and a new Fagus sylvatica hedge will be planted.
