View council mapAt the rear garden of my property is the transformation of the former Whitewoods site to Shurgard Eltham. On the Shurgard site, a silver birch treee has not been identified to be removed due to a TPO- despite this tree being significantly overgrown, ivy growing up through the tree and is significantly leaning over my property (38 Southend Crescent). Given the transformation of the site - this tree is not visually important or significant to the local area. There is fear that this tree will snap due to it being ovegrown and causing damage to either the Shurgard site/ 36 & 38 Southend Crescent. As part of the planning application for Shurgard Eltham- there is available sketches from jregis@appianconstruction.co.uk (Jason Regis)- site manager for Shurgard Eltham.
