Council planning record

Please see the attached map.Trees number 1 to 6 are on 31 Hall Park, trees number 7 and 8 are on 29 Hall Park. They are causing a number of problems for us.1. A lot of branches have fallen and hit our roof and 2 cars. This is dangerous to our home, to our cars and mostly to us and our pets simply walking outside the house or in the garden, we fear the branches may fall and hit us.2. They are causing excessive shading. Our house is cold all the time, we have to switch on the heating even in the summer. Our house is dark inside and most of the time, we have to switch on the lights even during the day. Some areas in the house is damp, no sun gets in the house.3. Some tree roots have lifted some flags in the garden. They have caused loose flags and uneven ground, we have tripped over them a few times, they are dangerous. This is of great concern to my husband and his health, he is disabled and has difficulty in walking. We don't know what type of trees they are, but they are under TPO.We would like work to be done to the trees, crown thin, crown lift and crown reduction where appropriate to create more light through and less dangerous for us and our pets and to our house and cars. Thank you.
