Application for prior notification of proposed demolition of the residential properties known as 1-6 Clydach Terrace and 7-16 Clydach Terrace, including all associated structures and external works within the application site. The works include the demolition and removal of the existing buildings, associated outbuildings and ancillary structures; removal of foundations and redundant below-ground construction where required; removal of existing flagstone and tarmac footpaths, paved and hardstanding areas, kerbs and edgings; and removal of other redundant external works and structures associated with the existing residential development.
